Here is a simple recipe that takes no time at all to get Kale in your body!
- Soak and wash the Kale - make sure it is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.
- Tear it into 1-2 inch pieces and place in a bowl
- Pour olive oil over the Kale and mix well making sure to massage the olive oil into all the pieces
- Lay the Kale out on baking sheets and sprinkle with Himalayan sea salt.
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until browned
- Let cool and enjoy! The Kale Chips melt in your mouth.
